Tashi Laptsa Pass Trek

Tashi laptsa trekTashi Laptsa Pass Trek lies in between Langtang Himal ranges and Everest region, which combines the Rolwaling Trekking and Khumbu trekking experience and requires a good walking experience and a good physical form. It lies in the eastern region of Nepal which are more sparsely inhabited of its the natural surroundings having relatively undisturbed by traversing upstream alongside the raging Tama Koshi River through lush tropical forest and quaint lower hill villages of Brahmin and Chettri and densely populated Sherpa community in the upper parts of this region, which affords spectacular views of the Rolwaling Range and the glacier valley below. Tashi Laptsa Pass is one of the adventure points of this trekking, which follows Tamakoshi River on the way to Simigaon adds more thrills to trek to go to Namche Bazaar of Everest region is an adventure of its own kind. In this trial, the Glacier Lake “Tsho Rolpa” offers the experience of lifetime, which is very attractive but straight forward snow peak with a well-defined north by northwest ridge rising from the relatively flat, crevassed glacier astride the Tashi-Laptsa. To the west of the ridge the face forms a uniform snow slope broken by crevasses and small sears rising from the rocky lower buttresses above the Drolambu Glacier. From a high camp on or near the Tashi-Labtsa cross wide, crevassed snow slopes to gain the obvious snow ramp the ridge is followed with little difficulty, in some conditions crevasses might give problems towards the summit. Many groups have found it difficult the ice step caused by a large undercut crevasses about 300 meters from the summit. The face above the Drolambu glacier is very attractive and obviously has a great deal of potential.
