Itinerary Outline:

Day 01: Arrival in KATHMANDU 1350 m. You are welcomed by Ethic Himalaya Treks & Expedition P. Ltd the hospitable meeting and then you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Full day Sightseeing in Kathmandu
SWAYAMBHUNATH, also known as the monkey temple, is climbed by a long set of steps and has great views of Kathmandu.
DURBAR SQUARE, which is one of the old capitals of the Kathmandu valley, has a blend of Hindu and Buddhist temples
PASHUPATINATH is a Hindu temple with burning Ghats on the banks of the Bagmati River.

Day 03: After breakfast, visit BOUDANATH and KOPAN MONASTERY. 
BOUDHANATH has many traditional Gompas hung with strings of multi-coloured prayer flags; it attracts many Sherpas and Tibetans for the circumambulations of the stupa (koras).
KOPAN MONASTERY was founded by Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rimpoche in 1970 as a center of Buddhist Teachings. Meet Senior Lama and orientation on Buddhism at Kopan Monastery.

Day 04: Drive to NAMOBOUDDHA (45 Kms). 
Buddhists call it "Tamangligi", the famous Buddhist spot, where Lord Buddha (on 7th re-incarnation) sacrificed his body to hungry Tigress and its cubs. Overnight at hotel.

Day 05: Visit PHARPING MONASTERY. 
The Buddhist history says, Milerapa from Tibet took one night shelter in the cave, and accordingly blessed this monastery. Hindus have their version that it was Pancha Pandav who had visited this place. Vegetarian lunch will be served. Overnight at hotel.
