lumbiniItinerary Outline:

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel Radisson. Rest of the day is free for individual activities and shopping.  

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley on a Private vehicle

  • SWAYAMBHUNATH also known as the monkey temple, is climbed by a long set of steps and has great views of Kathmandu.
  • BUDHANILKANTHA TEMPLE is a Hindu open air temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is considered the largest stone carving in Nepal.

  • BOUDHANATH has many traditional Gompas hung with strings of multi-coloured prayer flags; it attracts many Sherpas and Tibetans for the circumambulations of the stupa (koras).
  • PASHUPATINATH is a Hindu temple with burning Ghats on the banks of the Bagmati River

Overnight in Kathmandu

Day 03: Drive to Pokhara by a private vehicle. Check into Hotel with welcome drink. Later afternoon visit to Devi’s fall, Gupteshwari Cave and Boating on Fewa Lake. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 04: Early morning at 5:00 A.M. (to meet Sun Rise) drive to Sarangkot for Sun rise view, closer snow mountains’ view and Pokhara Valley view. After breakfast at around 10:00 A.M. Sightseeing tour of Pokhara i.e. International Mountain Museum, Bindhyabshini Temple, White Water (Seti Gorge), Regional Museum etc. Overnight stay at Hotel

Day 05: Drive to Palpa (Tansen) early in the morning. Lunch at Tansen and in the evening visit Tansen Bazar to relax.

Day 06: After breakfast, drive to Lumbini. Sightseeing of Lumbini in the afternoon.

Day 07: Visit to DEVDAHA and RAMGRAM. 

Day 08: After breakfast drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 09: Transfer to Kathmandu International airport for departure back to your homeland.
